I agree to pay the full camp fee amount by May 1, 2026. I understand that failure to pay may result in my child being unable to attend camp. I agree not to take any legal action against the camp or the building. I am aware that my daughter will participate in activities including but not limited to swimming, trip excursions, water activities and the like. I agree to release the camp, its directors and all staff members from any claims of liability that may arise. In the event of an emergency, the camp will attempt to reach me, however if I am unavailable, or time is of essence, I give permission for camp staff to seek medical attention for my child. I agree to the camp tznius guidelines: Elbows, knees, and legs must be fully covered at all times. Necklines must sufficiently cover the collarbone. Slits, both in front and in back of the skirt, are not allowed. Nail polish may not be worn. Short socks or anklets may not be worn even under a long skirt. I agree to the camp technology guidelines: No electronic devices may be brought to camp other than cameras. This includes MP3's, 24six devices, cell phones etc.
