Regular Camper: SITs - CITs (5th Grade - 9th Grade): $3,290.00

TCs (10th Grade) and CIT Glamping (9th Grade): $3,490.00

Junior Staff (11th Grade): $975.00

Payment Arrangement

For all campers, there is a registration fee of $50 when submitting the registration form. If you are not accepted, you may ask for the $50 to be refunded. If you are accepted, you have 48 hours to let us know whether you will be taking the slot. If you decline the acceptance, the $50 will not be refunded. Shortly after you receive your acceptance email, you will receive a statement prompting you to pay the camp tuition. In order to confirm acceptance, a deposit of $1000 must be paid within 48 hours. The rest of the balance will be split into 3 payments which will be due on January 1st, March 1st and May 1st.

For Junior Staﬀ, there is a registration fee of $50 when sending the registration form. If you are not accepted, you may ask for the $50 to be refunded. If you are accepted, you have 48 hours to let us know whether you will be taking the slot. If you decline the acceptance, the $50 will not be refunded. Shortly after you receive your acceptance email, you will receive a statement prompting you to pay the camp tuition of $975.00. In order to confirm acceptance, $975.00 must be paid within 48 hours.

For 12th grade and Post-Seminary Staﬀ, there is a registration fee of $50 when sending the registration form. If you are not accepted, you may ask for the $50 to be refunded. If you are accepted, you have 48 hours to let us know whether you will be taking the slot. If you decline the acceptance, the $50 will not be refunded. If you accept the job, and cancel after February 15th, you will be charged $300. If you accept the job, the $50 will be refunded after camp when you return your radio.

Please note that the payment processing company charges 2.9% in fees for credit/debit card payments and $2 per ACH transaction. Zelle, checks and cash do not have fees.

Refund Policy

Anyone who cancels their registration prior to May 1st, 2026 may ask to be refunded 50% of the fees that are not yet due. Anyone who cancels after May 1st, 2026 will not be eligible for any refund. If camp tuition for campers has not been fully paid by May 1st 2026, your slot can be given away and there will be no refund

If the Camp Director, Camp Mother, or Camp Nurse deem it necessary for a camper to be dismissed mid-season, their determination will be final and there will be no refund. There are no refunds or reductions for late arrivals or early departures.

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the participant named above, acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, accidents, illness or death c’v. These risks may arise from the nature of the activities, equipment used, and conditions of the facilities. In consideration of my child’s participation in the camp, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Camp Tal, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for any sort of injury, illness or death c’v, any loss, or damage to person or property arising from my child's participation in camp activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Tal and its representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my child's participation in camp activities. In the event of an emergency, the camp will attempt to reach me, however if I am unavailable, or time is of essence, I give permission for camp staff to seek medical attention for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred. I have read this Liability Waiver and Release Form, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its provisions. I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and have the authority to sign this waiver. I give the camp permission to use any photos or media in which my child appears. My child has permission to go on any trip or participate in any activity on or off camp-grounds. I understand that they will be transported under the camp’s authority. I will disclose any medical or emotional conditions, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, bed wetting, previous homesickness, social struggles, eating disorders, medications. food allergies, physical or emotional limitations, school changes, pending separation or divorce to the camp mother or the camp nurse. Failure to disclose the above can result in immediate expulsion from camp with no refund. I confirm that I accept the above mentioned Terms and Conditions for Prices & Rates, Payment Arrangements, and Refund Policy. I give Camp Tal full permission to charge my Credit Card as per the agreed camp tuition.
