  • Regular Camper: SITs - CITs (5th Grade - 9th Grade): $3,290.00


  • TCs (10th Grade) and CIT Glamping (9th Grade): $3,490.00


  • Junior Staff (11th Grade): $975.00


Payment Arrangement


For all campers, there is a registration fee of $50 when submitting the registration form. If you are not accepted, you may ask for the $50 to be refunded. If you are accepted, you have 48 hours to let us know whether you will be taking the slot. If you decline the acceptance, the $50 will not be refunded. Shortly after you receive your acceptance email, you will receive a statement prompting you to pay the camp tuition. In order to confirm acceptance, a deposit of $1000 must be paid within 48 hours. The rest of the balance will be split into 3 payments which will be due on January 1st, March 1st and May 1st.


For Junior Staff, there is a registration fee of $50 when sending the registration form. If you are not accepted, you may ask for the $50 to be refunded. If you are accepted, you have 48 hours to let us know whether you will be taking the slot. If you decline the acceptance, the $50 will not be refunded. Shortly after you receive your acceptance email, you will receive a statement prompting you to pay the camp tuition of $975.00. In order to confirm acceptance, $975.00 must be paid within 48 hours.


For 12th grade and Post-Seminary Staff, there is a registration fee of $50 when sending the registration form. If you are not accepted, you may ask for the $50 to be refunded. If you are accepted, you have 48 hours to let us know whether you will be taking the slot. If you decline the acceptance, the $50 will not be refunded. If you accept the job, and cancel after February 15th, you will be charged $300. If you accept the job, the $50 will be refunded after camp when you return your radio.


Please note that the payment processing company charges 2.9% in fees for credit/debit card payments and $2 per ACH transaction. Zelle, checks and cash do not have fees.


Refund Policy


Anyone who cancels their registration prior to May 1st, 2026 may ask to be refunded 50% of the fees that are not yet due. Anyone who cancels after May 1st, 2026 will not be eligible for any refund. If camp tuition for campers has not been fully paid by May 1st 2026, your slot can be given away and there will be no refund


If the Camp Director, Camp Mother, or Camp Nurse deem it necessary for a camper to be dismissed mid-season, their determination will be final and there will be no refund. There are no refunds or reductions for late arrivals or early departures.
